We accept returns under the following conditions:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔄 Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please share photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If already dispatched, please follow the return process after delivery.
